Assessment Task Force

The Assessment Task Force was commissioned by the 2013 General Assembly to study the state’s assessment needs and to recommend a new state assessment for public and accredited nonpublic schools. The Assessment Task Force will examine past, present, and future options for accountability assessment. Recommendations are expected by January 1, 2015.

Evaluating Assessments

The Assessment Task force is currently evaluating a variety of proposed assessments submitted by vendors that provided letters of intent as a part of an earlier request for information process.
