Does a "regulated fundraising" event sponsored by a student group have to include at least two fruits or non-fried vegetables, with no more than one being a juice option? What if only one food or two foods are sold as part of the fundraising?

Answer:

Yes. If fundraising is performed during the school day and involves the sale of foods or beverages on school property targeted to students by a student group, it must offer at least two fruits or non-fried vegetables, with no more than one being a juice option.
