Join us for the upcoming informational webinar on the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Summer is an exciting time for children to enjoy moments with friends, a family vacation, or time at the pool; but it can also be a time of hunger when children no longer have access to a healthy breakfast or lunch.

USDA's Summer Food Service Program helps to fill that gap by providing nutritious meals and snacks to low income children during the summer months. While there are many summer serving sites across the State, the program currently reaches less than 10% of children in need.

This webinar will provide an overview of the Summer Food Service Program including an introduction to who can sponsor the SFSP, what is considered a site, who is eligible to participate, what meals can be served, how to obtain reimbursement for meals, and allowable expenses.

A link to this webinar will be sent via email to you as the date gets closer. Please check your email address for accuracy when registering.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Stephanie Dross.
