Webinar

NOTE: THE WEBINAR ON THURSDAY, MARCH 13TH HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 2014 - 2:30-3:30 PM.

Join the upcoming webinar on how to complete your Summer Food Service Program Application.

Summer is an exciting time for children to enjoy moments with friends, a family vacation, or time at the pool; but it can also be a time of hunger when children no longer have access to a healthy breakfast or lunch.

USDA's Summer Food Service Program helps to fill that gap by providing nutritious meals and snacks to low income children during the summer months. While there are many summer serving sites across the state, the program currently reaches less than 10% of children in need.

Now that you have decided to get involved and become a sponsor, this webinar will provide information on how to complete your online application, how applications are approved, what happens if an application is denied, what is included in the permanent sponsor agreement, information about the CNP2000, submitting a claim, and allowable operating and administrative costs.
