ELL Reporting for SRI, Spring 2016 (15:14) - Highlights expectations regarding ELL students – status, monitoring, etc – for spring SRI reporting, 2016.  As presented 4-26-2016.


Dropout Report (14:43) - This webcast addresses each of the screens in the Dropout Report.

Uploading to VRF using SIF (8:26) - This webcast shows you the process of uploading data into the VRF Data Collector for state reporting using SIF (School’s Interoperability Framework).  With this process there is no need to create a file out of your student information system.

Understanding the Accreditation Report (11:05) - This webcast explains the Curriculum Accreditation Report which is found in Winter SRI.  It describes the four main focus areas when checking for accuracy and common mistakes that are made.

Uploading VRF Files (17:37) - This webcast walks you through the process of uploading files into VRF for fall state reporting.

Validation Exceptions Report (16:00) - This webinar will show you the changes to the validation exceptions report including how to view on screen and download to a file.

System Reports (10:09) - Did you ever wonder what the SRI consultant meant when he/she said, ‘Just a minute while I run a system report’?  This webcast will demonstrate how you can run system reports to see a data dump of what was submitted into VRF.

SRI Reports (16:25) – This webcast explain the layout of the reports in SRI and how you can drill down to student level data to verify the accuracy of your data.

Fall 2014 Certified Enrollment Application - This webinar highlights the Certified Enrollment application, Fall 2014. It gives a description of the various reports and offers some helpful hints and a suggested time frame for getting your test files in, and easing the stress of October.

Prekindergarten and Kindergarten Educational Programs (31:32) - This webinar will present information about prekindergarten and kindergarten programs and expectations through an examination of the Iowa Code and applicable administrative rules.

Preschool Coding for State Reporting (27:52) – After examining the legal requirements of prekindergarten and kindergarten programs, this presentation will explain how to apply the state requirements to your preschool and kindergarten programs for state reporting.

Coding Non Secondary Level Courses (13:57) - This webcast describes how to link students to teachers at the non-secondary level. If courses are not scheduled, this webcast will instruct the user how to make the linkage in the SIS. For scheduled courses, the webcast will take the user through creating the SCED code for the course.

Accreditation Program Area ‘0’ (3:21) - This webcast addresses some of the commonly asked questions on the use of Accreditation Program Area ‘0’ Not Used for Accreditation. It starts by giving an overview of the Chapter 12 Accreditation requirements and then gives examples of courses that use the Accreditation Program Area of ‘0’.

SCED Coding 101 (18:18) - This webcast introduces the user to SCED codes for secondary level courses. Examples of SCED codes are given and the user has the opportunity to practice creating SCED codes.
