The following factors are to be considered:
- The size and physical condition of the student;
- The mental and psychological condition of the student;
- The nature of the student's behavior at issue;
- The instrumentality used in applying the physical force;
- The extent and nature of any injury to the student;
- The motivation of the employee who used physical force.
