May a student found to have violated a good conduct rule be prohibited from merely attending an extracurricular activity?
If the activity is open to the public (e.g., a basketball game, school play, or band concert), the student may not be banned as a spectator. However, a student may be banned from school-sponsored parties, dances, and prom if such events are not open to all comers. 5 D.o.E. Dec. Ruling 48 (1994).
