Can the school district share its SAVE revenues with community colleges or AEAs?
Yes.
The only method by which a community college or AEA could share in the SAVE funds would be if that entity had a 28E agreement with the school district. The community college or AEA must be located partially or entirely in or is contiguous to the county in which the school district is located. The community college shall expend its designated portion of the proceeds only for infrastructure purposes. The AEA shall expend its designated portion of the proceeds for infrastructure or maintenance purposes.
