Can a community college or AEA receive the SAVE funds?
No, neither of those entities is included in the legal definition of "school districts" for purposes of Iowa Code chapter 423E/423F. However, a local school district may chose to share its SAVE revenues with a community college or AEA through a 28E agreement.
