When a district reduces property taxes in PPEL, VPPEL, or PERL, does the district transfer the money from the SAVE/LOSST capital project fund to the fund reduced?
No.
The expenditures, with the exception of debt service, are paid directly from the SAVE/LOSST capital projects fund and are not transferred. Expenditures for debt service are transferred to the debt service fund when due.
