If a student has already tested in one Iowa district but moves to another Iowa district during the school year, does the new district have to test that student?
If it can be verified that a student was already assessed with the Iowa Assessments or Iowa Alternative Assessment in one Iowa district prior to moving to another Iowa district during a school year, that student does not have to be tested again by the receiving district and does not have to be included in the receiving district's participation count.
