What about a small school where all grades are housed in one building?
If all students, K-12, have the same access to vending machines, a la carte items, or any other regulated food sales, the school or school district must either find a means of separating such access (for example, by not offering a la carte items to elementary students) or must comply with the more strict standards established for the elementary students.
