What is the accountability in regard to the Iowa Core?
A Monitoring and Evaluation Work Team has been organized to address the challenges of monitoring implementation and evaluating the impact of the Iowa Core. Once this team has completed its initial work, the DE will align the Iowa Core expectations with the comprehensive school improvement and accreditation process, including the Comprehensive School Improvement Plan and school accreditation visits.
