The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Amendments of 2004 requires that each state submit a six-year State Performance Plan (SPP) that outlines how each state is improving opportunities for children on 20 different indicators. Iowa has chosen to use the opportunity to provide clarification to OSEP regarding the February 1, 2008 submission. Stakeholders who have downloaded an APR between January 31, 2008 and April 30, 2008, should note the following changes. The changes are consistent with the APR posted May 1, 2008 and pagination below will not match APRs downloaded between January 31, 2008 and April 30, 2008.
